Working at Crittenton is like playing Russian Roulette. Each shift, you walk through the doors and have no idea what is on the other side. The acuity of the patients continues to rise while the number of competent staff plummets. Staff are frequently put in uncomfortable and unsafe situations. Lots of workplace injuries due to acute patients and poor management. Management is very shady. Management is more than comfortable ignoring their employees emails. They have been caught lying to staff about certain policies/procedures. It is well know among staff that management will purposely block/delay your applications, if you attempt to transfer within the system. Also, this facility is very dirty. Unless you enjoy feeling unsafe and taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and run far away from this facility.
