Meaningful Holiday Parties where free food is given out to all staff.Generous Pay, You get a raise every year, Employee Health Office, Onsite Pharmacy , Starbucks located inside main hospital, Restaurant with decent prices located inside the hospital, affordable employee cafeteria food. Kind Managers who care about you.
Cons
If you work on How lane you are treated like a step child.There is no food in the cafeteria,no restaurant, no starbucks, no gift shop,no employee health, no pharmacy, no nothing. When it comes to food you will have to either bring your own lunch, eat out, or survive off the food in the vending machine.
