Pros
* Good work life balance. * Pretty good hikes. * Good exposure on new technologies. * Mangers and team leads are highly experienced and skilled (Both communication and technologies). * Freedom to suggest frameworks and databases at the time of inception of a project. * Good number of clients with pretty good projects . * Freedom to experiment on different technologies that can be used in a project. * Solution architects and mangers are always willing to help you out upon critical stages of a project and they are down to earth fellows. * Movies and office team outing once or twice a year.
Cons
* Infrastructure is not that good. No canteen. * Limited benefits . * Coding standards are not given priority , No dedicated team to do code reviews and performance and load tests. * Lack of expertise while giving training.
