Good work-life balance and flexible work culture. Smart, supportive colleagues and a positive team environment. Decent learning opportunities. Compensation is alright.

Cons

Employee monitoring tools like ProHance create a culture of distrust. Managers should evaluate employees based on outcomes, not tracking software. Trust your leaders' judgment instead of relying on monitoring tools. Why just use it for India colleagues? Seems discriminatory. Pay could be better, and there are no bonuses. Frequent reorganizations make job stability uncertain. Limited recognition from leadership.

closeness/comfortability with the team (this was a pro & a con honestly), getting to being on-set every day (hands-on fashion job), brand exposure

Cons

low pay, no room for growth, almost toxic co-dependency between coworkers, physically tasking workday (on your feet for literally 8 hours everyday), hierarchal workplace environment, gaslighting, etc etc
