      Smooth onboarding with supportive HR and clear communication

      Pros

      The onboarding process was smooth and well organized. The HR team was very supportive and guided me through every step. communication was clear, and everyone was approachable. It has been a great start, and I look forward to learning and growing with the company.

      Firing Policy at Forward Air - FA project

      Pros

      All other projects and their managment is nice. The panic issue is in FA only it is large project with more tha 130 members

      Cons

      The FA project is a nightmare. Unlike other Saksoft projects, here employees are pushed into 14–16 hour days, then blamed for “performance issues” and fired directly from the project with no chance to move elsewhere. The CEO joins daily calls just to threaten people – work nonstop or get out. HR is completely powerless, only repeating management’s demand to resign. On top of that, FA top management runs the project like a closed club, filling it with their own friends and ex-colleagues. Politics decides everything, not performance. The result is a toxic, fear-driven environment unique to FA, while other projects don’t face this chaos.
