Pros

Work environment is good, helping peoples.

Cons

Not much projects. If you are on bench your job is in danger then it will not matter how old employee you are or how good you perform in past. salary and appraisal not as per market.

Good Compensation, Lots of free time.

Cons

No clear direction from mgmt. on projects. PM specifically the one I worked with was not experience. I did one project there and my experience with the PM was horrible. They need to get good resources not because someone is there for a long time should not be considered as dependable.
