Pros

Leadership is approachable, feedback is welcomed, and there isn't unnecessary bureaucracy slowing things down. The company is investing in the right areas—AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity—and there's a clear focus on building capabilities for the future. I've also found the culture to be collaborative, with teams that are willing to help each other rather than work in silos. For anyone looking to learn, contribute, and make an impact instead of just executing tasks, it's a good place to be.

Cons

The standard work devices may not suit everyone's preferences. Having more flexibility in hardware options, where role-appropriate, would be a nice addition. That said, it's a minor point and certainly not a deal breaker.
