Pros

Good Compensation, Lots of free time.

Cons

No clear direction from mgmt. on projects. PM specifically the one I worked with was not experience. I did one project there and my experience with the PM was horrible. They need to get good resources not because someone is there for a long time should not be considered as dependable.

Pros

This is a reputable company with a 30% store discount, & being a new store, it should be easier to "move up" in position & salary

Cons

This is a long drive for me & I really need more in benefits. I am afraid that I did not request enough money for the job considering the long drive I have

I didn't fine anything, top management will not listen to manager's. they will take own decesion

Cons

They will deduct Salary what ever they want..They will say some reson for that.
