Pros
You are always excited and wait when a new piece of HR policy will be imposed on you which either in the form of yearly appraisals or paid cabs or marking mails for taking basic things like stationary/bottles, reduced budget of team parties, firing employees and retaining back, no perks and expects appraisals to be not even 10% of salary even after 1.5 years of waiting(which should be at least 20%after such long wait) , upper management enjoying high salaries while lower struggling to survive, So there are so many that I cant even describe and best part is people still writes positive comments, may be they are their BD guys or highly paid management belt
Cons
None as you cant utter word because of the fear of being fired. Also when you are doing such big business and share daily mails of new project wins then why dont you send any mail confirming that you wins will also help us financially in the form of appraisals and bonus.
