Wonderful environment, beautiful area, great people to work with - even management, plus... great pay! Executive team was some of the most respectable and genuine leaders I've worked with. They truly care about employees and the guest interactions.

Cons

sometimes can have long hours, and every now and then you (unfortunately) get very high maintenance individuals with little respect for those working.

Beautiful location in the country, meet lots of new people. Good food.

Cons

They pretend having an african american female owner means they care about "diversity" but the place is run by rich old white men who are out of touch with reality and only care about getting their bonuses. They will make every excuse to pay you less than what you deserve. Zero work life balance. Employee appreciation is a joke, leadership doesn't care. High turnover. If youre high enough in management you can get away with saying whatever you want to employees and creating a toxic environment and they'll brush every issue under the rug. Unprofessional.
