good commission structure. Not micro-managed.

Cons

Very Woke culture and CEO + HR staff. Poor base pay. Not real structure and seems to be a revolving door for hires. Cutting staff in half.

Work from home. Very nice and approachable CEO and supervisors, especially my previous supervisor, Hajjah Kamara. She was so kind to me and very understanding. I am just sad because she’s no longer my supervisor. I really enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend this company.

None so far because this is a very good company. I swear.
