Pros

Friendly co-workers that made my job went by quicker.

Cons

The work can be boring sometimes where I spent lots of hours each day to sync code and release code to staging/prod. So I didn't learn much.

Pros

The original founder, Kent Plunkett, purchased Salary.com back from IBM in January 2016. Since then Kent has made serious strides to improve the product as well as the culture - brand new office in Waltham - fun environment - great product with new releases being launched - invest in technology - amazing perks (4 weeks vacation, 401k match, cell phone reimbursement, etc). - if on sales team they invest in training for you (internally and externally) - room to grow

Cons

As of now I do not have any cons. I have had a positive experience since I joined Salary.com
