Management Transparency No warnings on performance Unrealistically High Target that can really only be hit by the people faking it Career progression looks laid out but is really not developed/ people who need to be moved up are indefinitely waiting as a BDR.

Since divesting from IBM, there has been a lot of solid innovation and impressive growth.

Cons

As with other companies, there are some folks that have been with the organization for a long time that can be difficult to work with. However, for the most part, the org is made up of a solid team (both new and tenured employees).
