      Pros

      Cross functional teams are great to work with, day to day colleagues are wonderful

      Cons

      Constantly changing terms of employment with no benefit to compensate. Top leadership is a mess, inappropriate and constantly throwing out mandates/processes rather than address real organizational issues.
