if you don't know Hindi you can survive 3months in this company if you know Hindi you can survive 6months in this company at 7th months they will remove you out of the company at this point your not experience of 1year or you are not fresher, and this the worst situation of your life ones again you have to start your career as fresher in other company, so i suggest that this is the best company to wast your time

Cons

Worst culture, no work life balance, management is not good. People are not respected. You're asked to work late nights and weekends. No payment compensation. You will have no fun working here, it'll just burn you out. Most of the top talented people came here and left.
