Not happy but easy work

Pros

Low responsibilities but salary is very good compared to other companies.

Cons

C-level executives who are so out of touch. Culture of high performance but no compensation. Constant fear of being laidoff. First company value is trust but I have zero trust towards management, job security or company in general.
