Good pay and benefits. Recognizable company. Thorough corporate onboarding program in-person (not specific to most roles outside of sales though)

Cons

• No job security whatsoever. You could get laid off literally any day here and it won't be based on your performance or anything you can control. • AI is shoved down your throat and your customer's even when it's of no benefit to you or them. • Actively encouraging customers not to log into their platform so not sure why anyone would want to work on anything that's not Slack or Agentforce here. • Abandoned most of their "ethical" company values once they weren't popular to have anymore. • Stock has gone down and stayed down

Great People, meaningful work. Benefits are top of the line.

Cons

So many customers have been oversold. It is really a tough place to grow with customers. Culture has taken a big big shift. No longer a great place to work for culture. All that matter is bottom line numbers.
