Business Outlook
Pros
There is no other company in my 30 years of experience that has even come close to caring about the world, their customers and their employees like Salesforce. Yes, there is change and turmoil and all the other B.S. that every major company has, but that never deters the leadership team from trying to be there and present for the organization. I love it!
Cons
Same as any big company - long time to make seemingly weird decisions, standard corporate speak in many town halls, etc.
