- great benefits - great managers - in office amenities are standard tech

Cons

- salary could be better - not enough being done to retain talent. Boomeranging is a real thing here

Pros

I joined Salesforce after an acquisition. The benefits were good.

Cons

Not a lot of training was offered and had to figure out how to navigate things basically on my own. I was offered a temporary contract and it was up to me to look for internal opportunities if I wanted to stay.
