      I found no Pros about them. They talk a good game, but don't follow through.

      Cons

      They don't live up to their stated values while conducting a merger. They talk about finding employment for all members of the acquired company, but ignore that during the actual merger. I was Partner in the acquired firm and was just handed a letter that asked for 3 months of transition time. There was no discussion about opportunities with Salesforce, no discussion about my background.
