Strong products, happy customers, tons of solutions to deliver value to our customers - makes it an ideal place to be a seller! It's fun to work at a place where nearly everyone you meet and work with is happy to be here and grateful for the amazing benefits and pay structure. The pace of work is super fast but not overly demanding like it would be at a startup.

Cons

Some big company politics can get in the way of being a manager at times. There's definitely a big fear of the media and legal backlash that could come from firing anyone, so if you get a bad egg on your team you're definitely stuck with them!

Pros

The 1:1 and group coaching that is incorporated for new managers is exceptional. The recruiting team does a great job of bringing a mixed and diverse group of candidates to the table. The culture and the compensation (OTE, spiffs, RSU's, etc.) are where they need to be. Salesforce does a good job thinking about how it can best support and motivate its people. I don't want to waste space on the amazing culture but it's so impressive how it has stayed consistent and authentic with the large employee growth.
