      Pros

      Good starting base salary and work life balance if your stakeholders are reasonable.

      Cons

      Extremely leader-driven, particularly on the Sales side. Very challenging to get anything done given broken systems, processes, and data access among various other political reasons. Countless reorgs done at the whim of leadership.
