Very toxic culture. Leadership plays favorites and does not care to explore employees abilities or strengths. They focus on weaknesses and you never feel adequate or good enough. There was also very little diversity within Marketing department (racially and socioeconomically). There is no work life balance, just when you think you've hit your limits leadership comes in with a million other asks, requirements, demands. My mental health was at an all time low when I was there.
