The onboarding training was not at all related to my role. My manager told me to forget everything I had learned in that training. You have 5-6 other AEs tied to your accounts, attempting to sell their product. Pay is average. Feels like you’re working at a big frat house. Required to come back to office to watch virtual trainings and have virtual meetings. They’re are good roles at SF but this one was not it. Lastly, it’s $80 a month to park at the office that you are required to come to and you have to pay for it
