Pros

Awesome benefits, good resume builder for people with no software background.

Cons

Many in leadership positions have no business being in leadership positions. Company is growing so fast that they’re promoting people to fill seats rather than evaluate them as a leader. “Ohana” culture seems to be a facade. Trust is an issue as I was misled during interview process and have been since I’ve become an employee.

Thank you for the feedback you provided. The leadership and trust issues you described are concerning and completely counter to the company culture we want to create. We're committed to the continual development of our leaders, which is why we created development programs like Leading Ohana. However, we know that our commitment to developing our workforce is never done. Can you please reach out to Rachel Courtney for a confidential conversation on your experience so that we can work to improve? Or, if you would rather, could you please provide more details anonymously by contacting our third-party provider Ethicspoint at http://www.salesforce.ethicspoint.com/? Thank you in advance for helping to make the workplace better for everyone.
