You're basically fire-proof for 2 years so you can really take risks and learn product management. Better than a university education since you work on real world enterprise products and get paid quite well for an APM. Great starting point for PMs early in their career.

They definitely grew the program too much and don't have budget to maintain the current size. As a result, promotions have been tougher to get and are based on a relative scale instead of absolute.
