repeatedly cutting back perks (breakfasts, lunches, team outings, massage therapist), not agile software delivery (3 hard deadline releases per year), very limited travel even with valid reasons, attempting to corporatize/homogenize everything in the office (bland white walls, very stock image-type 'culture galleries', nothing can be customized to the city the office is in), work is becoming more high-stress with arbitrary limitations on how you can perform your job, many layers of research required before being able to implement changes due to overly complex/legacy nature of the software monolith
