Good pay, good time off package, my individual team are mostly made of good people.
Cons
They've just tapped out. They just don't care anymore. Slashes to benefits are rampant, work piles on, multiple layoffs a year. They used to try to entice you to the office by making it a warm, positive place to be. Now they've cut almost all office amenities and get you there by forcing RTO. Management used to advocate for you, now they're perpetual yes-men to their upper management, and only exist to give you bad news with a "I'm so sorry" face. Offshoring to India, increased pressure to 'innovate' AI solutions with the intent of you 'innovating' yourself out of a job. More work, fewer perks, dying culture, CEO who supports the worst rulers in the world. We used to stand out as a beacon of what workplace culture could be. Now we're death spiraling in the name of profits and margins.
