Pros
I could go on and on, but a few things that stand out: - Great compensation - Incredible benefits - Excellent culture driven by solid company values that you can feel - Exciting space to work in - Ability to make your own path & develop your own brand - Most of all, incredible people. I feel like I'm surrounded by intelligent, hard-working individuals that bring their authentic, human selves to work. It makes it a lot more fun!
Cons
Not necessarily cons, but a couple things that i've found challenging: - It's a huge organization, so it can feel a bit cumbersome to navigate - Things move incredibly fast, which can feel overwhelming at times
