      -Curious, smart people working with you who are passionate about solving problems and helping customers -Great salary and benefits -Focus on training, mentorship, and constant learning--people actually carve out time to teach and train others no matter how long you have been at the company -Flexible schedule. No set mandatory hours. Unlimited PTO--and people actually TAKE vacation and take days off to support family events. -Managers and teams who support you as a person. My father passed away and they wanted to make sure that I knew that I had 20 days for bereavement leave and I didn't have to take them all consecutively. My team ensured all my accounts were covered, and everyone wanted to make sure that I was ok...not "how soon can you be back?" -Fully remote

      -Work can be last minute as customers drive when meetings exist, so some things can be dynamic. -Some travel (at most 3 days in a month)
