Pros

Such a wonderful work environment, my colleagues become my pals, my work is very challenging and is fast paced. The team tries to recognize good work and when you achieve goals. Very great internal goal planning and visibility into the company's goals. GREAT foundation work and volunteer hours. Love the flexibility to work from home and the support with your life outside of your job. Love the energy. Love the job.

Cons

It is difficult to get promoted; it can take time because things are so fast paced it can be difficult to plan for your career path.

Pros

If you are a software or networking geek interested in working on complicated systems, this is the job for you. The culture at this company is great. Some opportunity for movement throughout the company.

Cons

Steep learning curve. Can be very high paced / stressful. Lots of priority juggling involved with many positions.

Pros

Salesforce values new ideas and breaking away from the status quo. Innovation is encouraged and celebrated, which is so refreshing. People value a work / life balance and it's easy to maintain if you stay focused. The location, the leadership, and the passion have kept (and will keep) me here.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and it's tough to be in the loop on big decisions. Salesforce pivots to stay current, so if you can accept change, then you will fit in well here.
