Pros
Amazing can-do culture with true focus on customer success, clear accountability and transparency on all matters. Everyone who joins is a peak-performer resulting in a high-calibre organisation.
Cons
intense monthly focus makes longer term planning hard; Not all AE's are given consistent support from Sales Engineering. Attrition of sales staff a concern but seems to be accepted as salesforce.com is a very attractive employer and good name for the CV - there's no shortage of applicants for roles.
