      Great company with awesome benefits package

      Pros

      -Location for those living outside of city center ( it will be worse once company move to Docklands - snacks, drinks, fruits in the canteen - helpful managers - ohana feeling - great insurance and dental care - clear paths for promotions

      Cons

      - If there is an inflation rise and you get promoted during that year you don't get inflation rise as everyone else, what makes your promotion pay rise very small.

      Most innovative company in the world with great benefits, education and wellness programs, stock plan and mainly with an attention to the equality and giveback. One of the goals is to develop and use technologies to make the world a better place to live for us, for our children and for future generations.

      Pros

      Three things: Culture, Culture, Culture! It's amazing to see their investment into culture despite fast paced growth.

      Cons

      US Product company yet to make strides and create a brand for itself within India market. It still has some way to go to get to the brand, impact and stature it has in North America, Europe and some of the APAC countries.
