      Pros

      Great company, great culture, good benefits like maternity & paternity pay, wellness benefit. Salesforce encourages employees to volunteer for courses they are passionate about and gives you paid time off to do so. The company is successful, ambitious and growing at a very commendable pace. Salesforce projects its brand in a positive way. I also enjoy flexibility in my role. A wide range of products. A true industry leader.

      Cons

      It is a large company so sometimes there are lots of hierarchy's and it may take longer to get into a management role. If you prefer smaller tech startups then it may not be the place for you.
