Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad to hear that you have been enjoying your time the past few years, and living our values: Giving Back and Equality. Thank you also for your thoughts on our development initiatives. As you know, we just launched the Feedback App, which we are very excited about because it will give managers, direct reports, and peers the information they need to improve. But, we are stressing to employees that the app (and the feedback that people receive on it) is just the catalyst to having constructive conversations that result in real improvements.
