Unlimited PTO is actually 4 weeks per year. Try to take off more and see what happens. Only way to promotion is to have a business need for the new position. If you are in a top heavy org, no chance. Work hours from 6:30 am to midnight to collaborate with India teams. Expect to work 60-80 hours with constantly shifting priorities. Red tape to do work is about 10 hours of that per week. Stock runs out at 4 years, or is minimal every couple years (10k), And RTO is monitored and part of your review. Pay is lower than similar positions with similar sized companies.
