Leadership were sometimes a joke.

Used to be a great company with fun working environment and strong culture. That is no longer. Loved my first 2 years there, but the last year was so unbearable, unpredictable and management just didn't care anymore. Easier to layoff people rather than actually helping them grow and succeed. At least once or twice a year there is a wave of layoffs, no job security or loyalty to employees. The V2MOM planning and 'review' process is disruptive and not really followed as it should be. While working remotely was once OK it seems to be more San Francisco-centric now - if you're not at HQ you're not really valued or part of the 'team'. Also, being set up for success seems to be non-existent!
