Flexible remote work but lacks training and support
Pros
My team remains fully remote, which provides a good level of flexibility. The workload is generally manageable, and taking time off is usually straightforward as long as team coverage is coordinated in advance. Compensation is fair for the role and responsibilities.
Cons
There is very little formal training or onboarding. New team members are often expected to ramp up independently with minimal guidance, which can make it difficult to become productive quickly. Work can feel highly siloed, and when questions arise, support is not always readily available. I also noticed signs of low morale within the team, which raised concerns about the overall work environment. In my experience, the lack of structured support and collaboration makes this a challenging place to succeed and grow professionally.
