People are really the most important asset of Salesforce, everything that happens in the company emphasizes this. The values that are being communicated are also pushed throughout the organization.

Cons

Lots of surveys. Though people are such an important asset, sales are as well. The pressure of ending a quarter strong is always around the corner.
