Pros

Overall, Salesforce is a great place to work. The people working there are friendly, approachable, and helpful. There is constant change so things are never boring or stale. The company has a lot of great benefits that still offers its employees and salaries are competitive.

Cons

The constant change environment is not for everyone. If you like a stable, consistent job function without constant ongoing restructuring, this is not the company for you. In addition, as any corporate environment it is all about the profit so job security is non-existant.
