Store hours were a plus. Flexible schedule

Cons

In the store alone and associates didn't watch customers therefore, people would steal. Shrink fell back on the store manager. My first year there, I was off two Saturday's.

Pros

Working at Sally's was so much fun! I truly enjoyed participating in our monthly sales. We also got to participate in monthly scratch offs and win prizes when we made our monthly quota. My manager and DM were also wonderful women.

Cons

The shopping mall where we worked was not the safest but that's my only complaint. Some sales associates were not as good as others but the competition was always friendly.

I like that its challenging. Many ways to get bonuses if your manager

Cons

Not getting all the bonuses is hard but not impossible. upper management very rude not organized. very demanding schedule not a flexible. raises are not very rewarding but company demands alot from you. communication is poor with my upper management but i have work by side different management and was very happy.
