Throughout all my years in retail, Sally Beauty is the most caring company I have worked for. They really do care about their employees and try to offer many benefits to their employees. Raises Free product Bonuses Flexibility Not very micro managed Kind workers

Cons

The hours you have to work Only 1 weekend off a month The raises aren't as big as I'd hoped but still not bad.

meeting great frequent customers such as hairstylists and nail technicians.

Cons

pay rate is ok if you're a high school student, always understaffed, can not have sick days or emergencies because they will fire you since they dont have enough people to cover you.
