Free Products and Customer Interaction; I really have nothing positive to say about working at Sally Beauty Supply.

Cons

Managment is poor; Worst group of employee's I have ever worked with; Manager plays favorites; No chance for advancement. Pay is very poor.

They are more interested in you sitting at your desk than what you actually produce.

Pros

Co-workers, decent on-site cafeteria, really nice new building. If you live in Dallas, you go against traffic, so the commute is not too bad, don't sit in bumper to bumper traffic.

Cons

Senior management is out of touch with workers. The HR dept is a joke. They take yearly questionnaires from employees but never do anything with the results. Why bother. Nice gesture to seem that you care but really you are not fooling anyone.
