      Pros

      Sally is a very professional working environment. Employees gets great training in sales, skin and hair care. Special time is scheduled for product knowledge especially in relation to color techniques and science. They are customer oriented and their customers are loyal.

      Cons

      The income is minimum wage with limited number of hours available to work. . Lots of pressure to sell and upsell. The employee gets graded on how much of the warranty and loyalty cards are sold on a weekly basis.
