      Pros

      -Great discount -Amazing products -Decent benefits with health, vision and dental - was easy go from part time to full time -Great in depth training for beginners

      Cons

      - starting pay for my location is $13 and even having gone to school and specialized in cosmetology I still had the bare minimum pay. -with everything you have to memorize and learn I feel as though the compensation of pay is not worth it - not having enough staff due to high turnover - really long hours on the weekend

      High expectations for lower wages, not enough hours, seems the only way to get full time is to have your SM quit or die or be moved to a different store to be a TSM/ASM/SM

      Constant messaging off hours, berated for things entirely out of control, even with employee discount some items are cheaper else where, pay is HORRIBLE, staff is revolving door
