      Upbeat & friendly atmosphere, great training program, free monthly employee samples, excellent employee discount, easy working environment

      Cons

      Pay scale is completely off base, lack of communication from corporate office, numerous & consistent POS issues, poor execution of new processes, lack of appreciation from upper management, very high turnover rates at the store level & corporate office level

      This company is a sinking ship, to be honest, from upper level management down to the call center they don't care about their employees. Which makes it that much more difficult dealing with Sally's unruly customers
