I would not recommend working at Salsify within the next year or so. They have a lot they need to work out, especially with their operations. All of the reviews you will read will be positive. Behind the scenes it is chaotic, stressful, unorganized and non-transparent. There is almost no time to do work during the day because you are constantly in meetings. You will have to put it a lot more hours outside of work to keep up with everything. They are slowly trying to build a solid foundation for many of the divisions of their company so there is a lot of uncertainty right now.
The operations processes are non-existent. It is difficult to even begin to create any sort of process because there are constant re-orgs and changes. Things are done in a quick, disorganized, sloppy way. Operations take time to build and QA - Salsify does not understand that.
If you are looking for a job with structure, where you feel appreciated and part of a team Salsify is not the right place for you.
