Solid sales leadership, SEs, CSM & renewal org. The product is solid and they have a great customer base

Cons

New CEO whose priority seems to be less about the ppl and more about stripping down the org to be sold. It’s also a product lead company who don’t pay their sales teams adequately or on par with other like companies

Pros

Good health benefits, most individual contributors are good folks, albeit overstressed.

Cons

Botched product launches, burn out across the company, competition and saturation severely limit growth of the company. A fading reputation and many frustrated customers. Leaned too much on early product success and lost its way, no direction on most teams. Negligible growth opportunities for most. High variance in leadership. New CEO is a come to Jesus moment for the company. Lots of stop and go on projects, making it difficult to know what work is most important. Outsourcing work to Portugal. Layoffs each year. Extremely cliquey company…Get out while you can

Pros

- A calm environment, with an apparently good culture - including channels for LGBT+ and others. - Well paid; up to 30k euros per year for an L2 position, meal allowance, and medical insurance. - Full remote position with access to the office and free amenities.

Cons

- The PMs seem to be scrambling on what to do - the software feels like a patchwork - and there are not enough software architects to make good structural decisions. - There are only 3 parking spots in the office for several tens of people.
