      The people, remote-first and high trust environment. Departamental manager was always there to support but never micro-managing,

      Within my first 3 months, Salsify went through a significant round of layoffs, shaking confidence in the company's path forward.

      - Remote work means lots of time flexibility - Compensation is pretty good

      Cons

      - Salsify is extremely cliquey and gossipy, especially among mid-level management. - It is more about optics vs. actually getting any good work done, which can be confusing if you're not used to that type of work environment. - Some mid-level management issues surrounding lack of professionalism and lack of boundaries
