      Pros

      - Interesting product/sector, interesting projects - Good salary - Great CSE - Friendly local team - Remote options and nice Paris office

      Cons

      - Recent layoffs of management in France have hurt the office culture - Lack of visibility, news tends to arrive informally and things change very unexpectedly - You get the feeling that the French team is not a priority for the company - Some ‘interesting’ personalities and management style in the top management - No opportunities for advancement in certain teams

      Pros

      The truly care about their employees. Work life balance is a priority. They clearly communicate at all levels of the company and they are very transparent about the company's goals, plans, and where they are at at the moment.

      Cons

      All remote (unless that's a positive for you). It's difficult to connect with people when it's all fully remote and everyone is working different time zones within the same team
